Underground Thermal Energy

Outdoor temperature varies throughout the year but underground temperature shows a stable temperature (around 17℃). Utilization of Underground Thermal Energy actualizes energy-saving air-conditioning using temperature gradient between outdoor and underground temperature.

Large capacity drill (SD)　Rotary and vibration

SD (Sonic Drill) has an innovative drilling technology providing the rotation and vibration with drill bit. Compared with conventional rotary method, DTH hammer method or rotary percussion method, remarkable high speed drilling is realized. This technology is introduced under license from Sonic Drill, Canada and recently shows its high performance for the heat supply business (regional air-conditioning) around Tokyo Sky Tree area

Large size drill (SP)　Rotary and vibration

SP (Super Probe) has a same drilling technolgy as Sonic Drill, providing the rotation and vibration with drill bit. Super Probe is a next generation drill which is developed on our own and is more compact than Sonic Drill to be operatable at restricted small space.

Geothermal Energy

Geothermal power generation is carried out by rotating the turbine with high temperature steam heated by magma and gushed from deep underground, and enables to generate the power stably without any influences of weather, season, day and night.

Large drills (HLL)　Drive Head

HLL-Standard and HLL-Special drills are ultra deep hole drilling machine developed for geothermal exploration. These drills are drive head type drills which have been developed world-first. Succeeded drill of these drills is TSL series universal type drill equipped with rotary table. These drills are selectable from the requirement of rotation speed, rotating torque and hoisting capacity and are utilized for Hot Spring Development with the depth requirement of around 2000 meters.

HLL-Standard

Large capacity drill（TSL）　Universal

TSL-1 and TSL-HD drills have been developed as ultra deep hole drilling machines for the geothermal exploration and production wells. These drills are universal type drills equipped with both of drive head and rotary table. By moving drive head, both of wireline core drilling and non-core drilling is carried out by one machine. Drill is selectable from the requirement of hositing capacity, rotation speed and rotating torque, and is also used for developing hot spring well with depth requirement of around 1,000 meters.
