Ground Improvement Work for housing sites is to strengthen the ground bearing strength to prevent the irregular sinking of constructed residential houses due to the cause of too soft ground or partially soft ground to support such houses. To resolve housing defects, the Housing Quality Assurance Act and the Law for Execution of Warranty against Housing Defects was enforced in 2000 and in 2009 respectively, however, the damage of houses by the incidence of liquefaction caused by the Great East Japan Earthquake in 2011 was seriously come up and the importance of ground improvement for housing was much enhanced. We can provide the equipment with a better mobility and operability, that can operate safely and efficiently for Ground Improvement Work.

Medium capacity drill (GT)

GT-750, GT-1000S and GT-1300 are medium size ground improvement drills forming soil-cement column by mixing and kneading the cement milk with soil that is loosend cylindrically by kneading blade installed on the low end of drill rod. These drills have the mechanism seriously considering the mobility and operability at restricted space and have various line-up of rotating torque, feed speed and compactness. These drills are utilized not only for housing ground improvement, but also for soft soil improvement.

GT-1000LH drill and GT-2000LH drill are a large size ground improvement drill forming soil-cement column by mixing and kneading the cement milk with soil that is loosend cylindrically by kneading blade installed on the low end of drill rod. These drills have a mechanism seriously considering the stability at restricted space and has a longest feed stroke of 6 m among "GT" series drills. These drills are utilized not only for housing ground improvement, but also for soft soil improvement.
